Returns & Exchanges

At KURSD UNLMTD, we build with intention — and we want you to feel confident in what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Proof of purchase required

If you’re unsure about eligibility, reach out. We believe in fair solutions.

Easy Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

We offer free size exchanges (U.S. orders) within 30 days, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, you can choose:

  • Store credit

  • A different item

  • Or a refund

Our goal is to make sure you’re satisfied — not stuck.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right quickly.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Limited releases

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

These will be clearly marked at checkout.
